Active Balance Yoga School offers Yoga Teacher Training and CPD training options in Integral or Holistic yoga in East Midlands area.

The courses balance together the modern and traditional aspects of yoga. The modern aspects of anatomy based alignment and sequencing alongside the energetic alignment and the ability to blend the understanding of the energy systems in our asana/posture, pranayama/breathwork and meditation practice.

We are training our students to be able to teach yoga in a modern setting (yoga studio, gym, private sessions etc) whilst applying the age-old specific principles of an authentic yoga lifestyle.

The ethos of our school aims to create an active element for reaching balance from a physical and energetic point of view as well as with regards to how we practice yoga, how we integrate the yoga practice in our daily lives, how we teach yoga to our students and the determination to grow whilst in balance and harmony in all aspects of our lives.  We aim to create a heartfelt, professional and supportive environment for trainees and students to achieve their full potential, regardless of their background, race, religion or nationality.

  • On-line teaching and pre-recorded teaching is included. However, you should also consider additional media insurance, which is beyond the scope of this insurance
  • Loss of Reputation extension
  • Emergency First Aid and Good Samaritan Acts included
