Junior Commercial Insurance Broker

Salary range £25k to £30k depending on experience

We are looking for a Junior Commercial Insurance Broker, ideally with some Commercial experience, within easy travelling distance of SN7 7HU to join the team.

You will service a portfolio of business’ including new accounts, renewals, adjustments, queries and any other issues that may arise on the accounts. In addition to this, you will be actively involved in the broking of new business to market – liaising with insurers and negotiating the best possible terms. You will be joining a team focused on delivering excellent service to our clients.

Insurance Administration Assistants

salary range £20k – £23k depending on experience

Working in either the Health and Wellbeing or ‘Energised’ Insurance team, we are looking for two office based Insurance Administration Assistants to join us in our friendly, quirky Faringdon office. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and organised. We are preferably looking for someone with some administration experience but this is not essential. The role will be predominantly supporting account handlers in:

• Issuing client documentation.
• Chasing outstanding information/paperwork.
• Speaking to clients/insurers.
• Following up quotations.

About you:
• Previous experience in Insurance or a regulated industry preferred but not essential.
• A good level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic with a good level of written and spoken communication skills.
• Demonstrate confidence to deal with our customers over the phone.
• The ability to multi-task in a complex environment is essential.
• Customer services experience would be advantageous.
• The ability to learn and develop through continuous training and support, to ensure you are providing a first class service.
• This role is fast-paced and the successful candidate will be flexible and open to change.
