Calm for Kids has been specialising in yoga and mindfulness for children and teens since 2001. We have a variety of courses and workshops and offer Yoga Alliance and British Wheel Accredited courses for professionals who want to teach yoga and mindfulness to young people.   Our work is based on over 20 years of teaching and training experience.  Our founder Christiane Kerr and her amazing team are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and mindfulness with children and young people.

Our courses give students the tools and skills to bring the life changing benefits of yoga and mindfulness to young people in a safe, fun, and engaging way.   We are motivated by our mission to build a lifelong love of yoga and mindfulness in children and teens giving them skills to build a better life.
