SUPfit offer high quality classes, workshops and retreats in SUP Fitness and Yoga, as well as delivering our REPS & Skills Active accredited Instructor Training courses. Our Instructor Teacher training courses provide extensive training using up to date knowledge and the latest developments in Stand Up Paddle Board Fitness, as well as providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure all SUPfit Instructors can deliver excellent quality classes in a variety of environments and locations.

There are 2 types of instructor training offered:

    1. Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Fitness Instructor
      • The pre-requisite to qualify are Fitness Instructor Level 2 and Stand Up Paddle Board Instructor. This course is endorsed by the Register of Exercise Professionals and Skills Active.
    2. Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga Teacher
      • The pre-requisites to qualify are 200 hour yoga certification and Stand Up Paddle Board Instructor. This course is endorsed by the Register of Exercise Professionals and Skills Active.

Training and Workshops:

SUPfit run SUP Fitness Instructor Training and SUP Yoga Teacher Training at various locations around the UK. These take place watersports centres with an appropriate location and teaching facilities.

We also offer workshops in SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness as well as teaching.

Retreats:

SUPfit offer SUP Fitness, Yoga and Race conditioning retreats in stunning locations across the UK. Providing coaching, equipment, accommodation and food (provided by wherever we are staying).

  • Indemnity to principals
  • Member to member liability included
  • Retro-active date 2006 or since the date you have held Medical Malpractice/Liability insurance without break or interruption
  • 12 months run off cover to allow for periods when you might not be working
  • On-line teaching and pre-recorded teaching is included. However, you should also consider additional media insurance, which is beyond the scope of this insurance
  • Loss of Reputation extension
  • Emergency First Aid and Good Samaritan Acts included
